Why “Clarity Canvas”?
In a world that is overflowing with information, gaining clarity is one of our biggest challenges. As leaders, learners, and change-makers, we often find ourselves searching for actionable wisdom that can guide our next steps. That’s where Clarity Canvas comes in.
By blending visuals with ideas and curating ideas worth sharing, my goal is co-create meaning visually and extend a sense of understanding - a clear, grounded perspective that you can carry forward in your work and life.
Why Me?
Throughout my corporate journey from being an individual contributor to leading organizations to consulting customers globally, I have always been a student of leadership and lifelong learning. I started writing my blog at QAspire.com in 2006 to record my learning and observations about leadership. The blog grew and brought along opportunities to write books, speak at events, work with thought-leaders and consult global customers. Starting a blog and consistently writing online is a career decision that has led me to some of the most rewarding outcomes.

What to Expect
Each Thursday edition of Clarity Canvas will focus on sharing my thinking, providing insights and sketchnotes on one or more of the following themes:
Leadership Nuances: Insights to become a better leader, create culture of high-performance and do the work that truly matters.
Lifelong Learning Strategies: How to embrace a mindset of lifelong learner and make personal growth a daily practice.
Navigating Change: Strategies to adapt in an ever-evolving environment by creating change as a leader and facilitating change within your teams and organizations.
Weekly High-Five: Practical Insights, visuals and resources from across the web that resonates with me.
Book Reviews: Sharing visual summaries and author interviews from the latest books and bestsellers.
Visual Thinking in Business: Insights and experiences on leveraging visual thinking frameworks and strategies to enable clarity and facilitate change.
And because I believe in the power of visuals, expect plenty of sketches, mind maps, and frameworks that make these topics accessible and memorable.
